Product Designer - Remote

As Blueclip, we started our journey to bring the most creative minds and the know-how together to deliver great works. Our current search is for a Product Designer.

What are we looking for?

A Product Designer to collaborate firmly with the product team to investigate, create, prototype, test, and iterate on solutions that make caregiving easier.

Understanding that caregiver support systems’ big impact on medical outcomes for both caregivers and the people who depend on them would be the key to success in this position.

What are your responsibilities?

• Organizing the design process by defining it, generating ideas, developing concepts, doing user research, creating wireframes and prototypes, and producing the final visual design
• Designing digital experiences for caregivers based on websites and apps
• Utilizing design techniques to get user input and guiding the product development.
• Determining the shortcomings and potential improvements in caregiver’s overall product experience.
• Working closely with the teams that deliver the products and services.

Qualifications we are looking for:

• A portfolio that uses case studies to show the capacity to address complex situations that are possible to occur in healthcare tech products.
• At least 5 years of experience in a product design or UI design role.
• Working knowledge of an agile environment.
• Working knowledge of wireframing and prototyping software (such as Adobe XD, Figma, etc.)
• The capacity to balance data insights, corporate objectives, and user demands.
• Devotion to assisting family caregivers and the loved ones they care for, especially elderly.

What would set you apart:

• Having experience leading the design of or creating sophisticated technology-based solutions.
• Having prior experience in the healthcare, healthcare technology, or digital health industries.
