About The Job


Twine Freelancers work quickly and efficiently to produce high-quality results. We are seeking a Product Design Coordinator or Creative Designers for one of the best administrative staffing agencies and have been on the Forbes list of “America's Best Recruiting Firms”.


Responsibilities


  • Assist with production of mechanical art files for design team, setting up files and processing through internal systems
  • Manage product workflow system as the main point of contact for design team, assisting with product
  • Initiate product approvals, maintain product database, and assist with product submission routing at all stages
  • Manage all incoming and outgoing shipments, maintaining mailing lists and providing tracking information
  • Coordinate and compile merchandising requests from various internal and external clients
  • Create and review a wide variety of documents such as organization lists, tracking forms, and various confidential documents
  • Assist with scheduling on-site and off-site meetings
  • Manage, maintain and assist in the development of presentations for internal creative reviews and keep archival presentations up to date and accurate through development process
  • Process incoming samples (opening boxes, entering in system & delivering to the team)
  • File samples and assist in the maintenance of product storage
  • Manage email aliases for asset requests and general communication to suppliers regarding updates
  • Provide additional tactical support for the Product Design teams as needed


Requirements


  • Strong organizational and administrative skills is a must
  • This is a HYBRID position - 4 days onsite, 1 remote
  • Advanced knowledge in Keynote and/or Powerpoint, Microsoft Office Suite is a must
  • Advanced knowledge in Adobe Illustrator is a must
  • Diploma/degree with relevant experience, preferably within a fast-moving, consumer-facing brand is a plus
  • Additional software knowledge is recommended but not necessary: Adobe Creative Suite
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills
  • High school diploma or equivalent required | Associate’s Degree preferred education
  • Pursues excellence with integrity as part of a team
