The Role You'll Play
Are you a passionate engineer ready to lead design projects from start to finish? In this Product Design Engineer role for a specialty tire manufacturer, you'll take ownership of projects including new tire pattern design, profile design, and tire specification development, taking them from idea to execution. You will also be responsible for developing new products to bring to market. As the industry leader in their market space, this company is fast-paced, highly collaborative, and open to new ideas!   • Able to use CAD to design products, patterns, profiles, and tooling.
  • Aware of the impact your work has on the customer and company goals, able to understand and measure the cost effect on design solutions.
  • Passionate about creating design solutions that meet the needs of your customer and drive business goals forward for your company.
  • Self-starting with excellent organizational skills and attention to detail, ordering your work in a way that meets deadlines and keeps projects moving forward.
  • An analytical problem-solver, able to find creative solutions and bring innovative ideas to the table.
  • A strong communicator, confident in your presentation skills, able to communicate to all levels of the organization, both internally and externally.
