We are looking for a Procurement Specialist in Decatur, IL!


Responsibilities

  • Support Category Specialists with sourcing events by participating on sourcing teams, scheduling meetings, data analysis, collect and understand internal customer requirements and review external market data and research
  • Collaborate with stakeholders and third-party contractors to ensure compliance and mitigate risk when bringing third parties on site to perform work
  • Collect information such as certificates of insurance, safety records, drug and background screening info and enter into our contractor database


Qualifications

  • Basic knowledge of contract law and ability to negotiate contractor agreements
  • Knowledge of or ability to quickly learn systems such as Coupa, PowerBi, eSourcing platforms, etc
  • Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Office
