Do you enjoy helping people build their financial future? If you are an experienced loan processor who run DU and LP systems and have worked with multiple types of underwriting guidelines efficiently, we would like to speak with you. At Carolina One Mortgage, you will work with loan officers and underwriters as a significant part of the decision-making team to ensure that business is done properly and provide superior customer service. Responsibilities:
  • Reading and reviewing financial documents
  • Adhere to industry standards, regulatory compliance and loan guidelines
  • Working with FHA/VA and Conventional loans
  • Apply your skills and experience to make loan decisions

Minimum Qualifications:
  • Strong PC skills, including Microsoft Office applications
  • High-school diploma
  • 1 year experience processing loans and lending
  • Solid knowledge of state and local real estate markets
