Process Technician(Injection Molding Operator)

SURESTAFF is immediately hiring a Process Technician for a plastics injection molding facility in Kenosha, IL. Process Technician will manage the entire molding process including; setting production runs, installing dies, and creating efficient high quality production. Ideal candidates will be self-motivated, make safety a priority, and enjoy working in a fast-paced environment.SURESTAFF is invested in their team members! Available shifts include (2nd) 3pm-11pm and (3rd) 11pm-7am. Overtime is available on a first come, first serve basis.
Responsibilities of the Machine Operator (Injection Molding)

• Safe, accurate, and timely executive of tooling changeovers per work instructions.
• Set up and adjust assembly, auxiliary, and packaging equipment.
• Troubleshoot molding problems including but not limited to flash, short shots, dimensional issues, etc.
• Monitor process parameters on the injection machines and secondary systems.
• Set-up and operate injection molding machines, vision systems, down-stream equipment, and material feed equipment.

Required Qualifications of the Machine Operator (Injection Molding):

• Previous plastics injection molding experience a plus.
• Previous experience in production, manufacturing, assembling, and/or machine operating.
• Experience reading and interpreting production specifications a plus.
• Flexibility to work overtime and extra shifts as needed.
• 3+ experience in injection molding.
