Process Management Jobs

The Candidate will be part of the CPA Contract Administration and Procurement (CAP) team, performing highly advanced (senior-level) consultative services and technical assistance work.
The Candidate Will Perform These Tasks
Documents process and procedure tasks to support development of a contract lifecycle solution
Will identify and advise on process management tasks for procurements and contracts.
Will identify and advise on the procurement and contract tasks to align in an online system.
Works directly with partners to identify, create, and participate in the implementation of business process improvements.
Create process flows for Contract lifecycle, including reviewing agreements, contracts, expenses, activities, and federal and state regulations to ensure all requirements are followed and performance metrics are met.
May conduct policy research work and data analysis in multiple areas to support business needs.
Serves as a liaison between the division by attending meetings and participates in offering solution design support.
May perform data analysis.
Performs related work as assigned.

Years Required/Preferred Experience 8 Required Experience with creating process improvement flow charts for as-is and to-be solutions 5 Required Experience in analyzing and documenting business processes and making recommendations. 5 Required Knowledge of MS Visio or other related process flow software 2 Required Experience with Texas state procurement rules, procedures and processes 2 Required Experience with complex technical contracts, grants, or auditing contracts and grants 2 Required Knowledge of security policies and procedures for technical contracts, grants, or auditing contracts and grants 2 Preferred Experience with other Microsoft Office products, including Microsoft Project, Word, Excel and PowerPoint 2 Preferred Experience in contributing to or writing procedures 2 Preferred Experience with Texas state government. 2 Preferred Experience utilizing Salesforce in the performance of job duties
