We are looking for a Process Engineer to join our team. As a Process Engineer, you will be responsible for designing and optimizing production processes to improve efficiency and reduce costs. You will work closely with production teams to identify areas for improvement and develop solutions to streamline processes. You will also be responsible for documenting processes, creating process flow diagrams, and training staff on new processes.

Responsibilities:

Design and optimize production processes to improve efficiency and reduce costs

Identify areas for improvement and develop solutions to streamline processes

Document processes and create process flow diagrams

Work with production teams to implement new processes and train staff

Analyze production data and provide recommendations for process improvements

Stay up-to-date with industry trends and technologies to ensure the best production processes

Requirements:

Bachelor's degree in Chemical Engineering, Industrial Engineering or related field

Strong knowledge of process design and optimization

Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills

Ability to work well in a team environment and collaborate with other departments

Experience with process simulation software such as Aspen HYSYS or CHEMCAD is a plus
