In addition to traditional counseling services, The Well also provides coaching, corporate consulting, speaking, and training in the community and provides opportunities for well-qualified clinicians to experience personal and professional growth.
Compensation
$58,500 - $83,500
Responsibilities:Perform on-site and/or virtual clinical counseling services to patients of The Well, as scheduled, and in accordance with company policies Respond to patients’ requests for service or calls within 24 hours whether such requests are made in person, by phone, voicemail, etc., or through The Well’s website. Respond to such requests by meeting, evaluating, and providing services to such patientsCommunicate with a patient’s treatment team (i.e., PCP, psychiatrist, school, etc.) as necessary Timely complete written records for each patient including, but not limited to intake notes, progress notes, treatment plans, termination notes, contract notes, and other forms or documents which may be needed or required from time to time by The Well or third parties in conjunction with the treatment of the patient within a timely fashion (by Friday of each week). Keep patient files accurate and up to dateConduct and regulate counseling services in a professional manner so as to maintain and increase the goodwill and reputation of The Well. Be respectful of and cooperative and collaborative with co-workers Other duties as may be assignedQualifications:Align with The Well’s mission, vision, and valuesMaster’s Degree or Doctoral Degree in counseling or social work or other behavioral scienceLicensed in the State of Indiana. Ph.D., PsyD, LCSW, LMFT, or LCPC preferred, but associate licenses are eligiblePreference is given to clinicians who are available to hold at least 18 patient sessions per weekBe able to work independently on tasks assignedHave strong written and verbal communication skills and strong interpersonal skillsHave at least one niche market for counseling services (i.e., children, teens, trauma, anxiety, grief, anger management, etc.)Current approval as an in-network provider with BCBS (highly preferred)Have a strong commitment to culturally competent, trauma-informed mental health careAbout Company
