Home Instead is hiring compassionate, enthusiastic individuals in Bloomington, Indiana to join our team in our mission of changing the face of aging. We are hiring for day shift hours and will create you a custom schedule that meets your needs.

As a Caregiver, you will work with seniors in their homes to help with their daily activities. Maintain their independence and dignity, engage in conversation and companionship, and build meaningful relationships. You will play an essential role in helping these seniors stay safe at home. Many seniors require assistance with personal care, including dressing, bathing, and grooming. Some may require cognitive support, meal preparation, or assistance running errands. We ensure that you are prepared for each senior's individual care needs.

Job Requirements

• Possess a valid driver’s license and valid auto insurance
• Ability to assist clients in their home with activities of daily living
• Complete a criminal background check, DMV check, and drug screen
• Ability to communicate with clients in a friendly and congenial manner

Caregiver Duties

• Companionship and transportation
