Home Instead is looking for a dependable individual to care for a senior veteran in Knox County, Indiana. This senior needs care 4-5 afternoons per week. Shift times and days are flexible. With Home Instead, you can set your own availability - meaning you tell us when you can work. Make a difference in the life of this senior AND find the flexible job you're looking for!


As a Care Professional, you will work with seniors in their home to assist with their activities of daily living. Many older adults may need help with personal care, meal preparation, or running errands. Help your client maintain their safety and independence, while also creating a meaningful relationship.

Requirements To Be a Caregiver


  • Complete a criminal background check, DMV check, and drug screen
  • Ability to communicate with clients in a friendly and congenial manner
  • Have a passion for caring for others
  • Ability to assist clients in their home with activities of daily living
  • Possess a valid driver’s license and valid auto insurance
