PRIVATE INVESTMENT ASSOCIATE

Title: Private Investment Associate Location: Memphis, TN

• Be a critical member of investment and operating initiatives at the fund and op-co levels, providing data-oriented insights to investment inform decisions across the portfolio

o Primary focus within the hospitality sector, with supplementary exposure to other industries via private equity investment arm

• Own the numbers; explore new ways to systematize and engage financial and market research, including initial reviews of prospective investment opportunities and conducting business and financial modeling in live deal scenarios

o Extensive financial modeling competency required, including sensitivity and scenario analysis

• Interact and contribute with senior team members through the diligence process, including operating, financing, and

legal work streams

• Assist in preparation and presentation of investment memorandums for the firm’s Executive Committee, in addition to

generating quarterly and bi-annual reporting materials for existing portfolio investors

• Engage with operating company leadership teams to analyze and implement strategic initiatives to scale portfolio company businesses (board visitation rights)
• Build relationships with industry, trade and financing professionals to enhance the visibility of the firm and its portfolio companies in the marketplace
• Travel periodically
