Job Description

Every Air Charter Service client, worldwide, is allocated a dedicated, highly experienced account manager who can provide the perfect charter solution quickly and effectively, every time. Our phones are manned 24/7, 365 days a year. Each charter is monitored closely, and all appropriate updates are reported back to our clients. We are seeking additional Contract Flight Representatives to work alongside our Private Jets team to assist as our eyes and ears on the ground. Flight Representatives will greet our clients upon arrival to the airport, escort them to the chartered aircraft, all while providing a white-glove customer experience.


Role Duties:


• Arriving at the airport 90 minutes prior to departure

• Ensure all information for passengers and flight are correct

• Verify catering and all requested amenities have been delivered

• Check cabin is well presented before passengers arrive to FBO

• Ensure the crew are aware of the profile of the customer i.e. nervous flyer, covid conscious

• Assist flight crew (where able) with ensuring an on time departure

• Provide constant live communication to Account Manager; This may include updates on the status of the aircraft, ATC restrictions or weather conditions which may affect air traffic.

• Introduce all clients to the crew

• Coordinate with passengers and ensure all questions and queries are answered

•Assist clients with luggage as needed



Musts:


•Local to Bedford, Massachusetts

•Reliable transportation

•Availability to work a flexible schedule: including holidays, weekends, late nights, overnights.

• Understanding of normal and abnormal aviation schedule irregularities and able to take immediate action to remedy and proactively offer white glove service to clients

•At least 1 year of active 91/135 or FBO experience and reside near an airport. Please do not apply without aviation experience. Willing to train the right candidate if you have experience working with high-profile clients.

• Professional in appearance and demeanor

•Excellent interpersonal skills and able to remain calm under high pressure situations

This is the perfect role for those that are currently working as Private Jet Cabin Attendants, commercial FA's and are looking for contract work, or retired aviation professionals. This is a contract/ per diem position with non-traditional hours. This is not a Flight Attendant position.
