The new Print Operator Contract opening posted via Workday will be a 12-month contract with the possibility of converting to FTE. The primary role of the Print Operator is to be responsible for operating and maintaining various printing equipment to produce high-quality printed materials. This person will be required to come into our office in The Colony, TX 5 days a week.

This person will

  • Coordinate with design and production teams to ensure that print specifications, deadlines, and project requirements are met.
  • Conduct quality checks throughout the printing process to ensure accuracy, consistency, and adherence to brand standards.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve issues that may arise during the printing process, such as paper jams, equipment malfunctions, or color variations.
  • Operate and monitor printing equipment such as digital printers and large format printers.
  • Set up printing machines according to job specifications, including loading paper or other printing materials, adjusting ink levels, and configuring print settings.


The required skills are

  • Excellent attention to detail and ability to maintain accuracy in a fast-paced production environment.
  • Familiarity with file formats, color spaces, and prepress requirements.
  • Strong communication and teamwork skills
  • Proven experience as a Print Operator or in a similar printing role.
  • Effective time management and organizational skills


The US base range for this contract position is $17 - 19/hour. Our salary ranges are determined by role, level, and location. The range displayed on each job posting reflects the minimum and maximum target for new hire salaries for the position across all US locations. Within the range, individual pay is determined by work location and additional factors, including job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training.
