Who you are
Three Main Role Functions
Ability to partner with Salesforce, bringing in net new clients and the ability to speak about DXC Salesforce offerings and what we could be doing for them.
  • Interfaces with appropriate parties to ensure that objectives are met. Recommends methods to improve performance with regards to service level agreements, metrics and measurements, and business trends
  • Engages with partners and alliances to identify opportunities and enable profitable growth
  • Selects and hires employees. Trains and evaluates employees to enhance their performance, development, and work product. Addresses performance issues and makes recommendations for personnel actions. Motivates and rewards employees including providing salary increases, bonuses and promotions within allocated budgets and company guidelines
  • Recommends transition and transformation methods and ensures implementation to enhance business operations
  • Interfaces with work teams to ensure budgetary and financial priorities and procedures are handled appropriately
  • Builds sales pipeline to address customer priorities and generate short-term and long-term growth
  • Prepares, recommends and oversees development of operating and personnel budgets. Monitors spending for adherence to budget plans, develops and recommends variances. Performs and/or oversees budget analysis
  • Coordinates with appropriate parties to leverage resources and solutions to reduce costs and meet service level agreements
  • Recommends technical, contractual, administrative and financial policies, procedures and goals are met to ensure adherence to agreed upon requirements
  • Provides support for larger projects within internal accounts. Facilitates integration of business solutions to ensure that client needs are met
  • Focuses on senior business challenges and strategies and is an "extension" of the customer's executive management team
  • Builds, monitors and orchestrates sales pipeline activities to advance or divest opportunities; focuses on generating new and break-through initiatives and secures customer and company support to pursue strategic programs and projects
  • Acts as the liaison between operations and account management team. Assists in deploying resources to support business needs
  • Drives deal pursuits, providing direction and context to the solution team
  • Leverages the full DXC portfolio to add significant value to customer's business, expand DXC's share of customer spend and generate profitable growth to meet or exceed quarterly and annual goals
  • Able to manage a quota between $10-$40 million dollars annually
  • Establish relationships with existing DXC clients and speak with them regarding our Salesforce offering
  • Interfaces directly with clients on a daily basis to ensure customer satisfaction with solutions, develop stronger on-going relationships, build new and broader relationships and identify additional opportunities for company solutions
  • Understands and proactively helps shape the customer's business and technology strategy
  • Establishes and personally maintains strong professional relationships and credibility with key IT and business executives at the CXO level of the customer and their direct reports
What You Will Do
  • Drives customer satisfaction through delivering on all commitments, bringing new ideas and innovation, and becoming a trusted partner to the customer
  • Leads communications with CXO level clients under crises events (e.g., client escalations and outages)
  • Leverages existing engagements to grow new business
  • Builds customer loyalty and trust, as indicated in company conducted surveys (e.g., NPS) and reference-ability
  • Ensures DXC has an excellent customer relationship across the entire account in the region.
  • Nurtures new opportunities that move the customer relationship up the stack or increase innovation and transformation
  • Collaborates with Global and Regional leaders in Delivery, Sales, Offerings and Functions to bring the best of DXC to exceed customer expectations for delivery of existing work and proposals for new work.
  • Engages in customer marketing activities
  • Partners with others across DXC to develop and maintain a strategic account plan that addresses the customer’s strategic and technology priorities and brings an optimized delivery plan, innovation, upsell/cross-sell of DXC’s strategic offerings across the Technology Stack and profitable growth.
Basic Qualifications
  • Strong communication skills
  • Good interpersonal skills to interact with customers and team members
  • Skilled in financial management
  • Experience working with company products and service offerings
  • Ability to be flexible and adapt to changing situations
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent combination of education and experience
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Twelve or more years of experience in Enterprise Applications Services Sales; Salesforce sales experience strong plus
  • Experience working with company business practices, policies, and procedures
  • Bachelor's degree in accounting, finance, business administration or related field preferred
Compensation at DXC is influenced by an array of factors, including but not limited to the experience, job-related knowledge, skills, competencies, as well as contract-specific affordability and organizational requirements. A reasonable estimate of the current compensation range for this position is $95,400 - $177,200.
