3PL - Pricing Analyst

RMX Global is a third-party logistics company helping businesses gain strategic and competitive advantages through superior supply chain management.

Since our inception in 1983, we've grown to several offices nationwide and we are looking for a Pricing & Data Analyst to support our operation departments and strategic goals. This is an in-person position in our Springdale, AR office, M-F, 07:00am – 04:00pm.

We are looking for candidates with pricing knowledge of the transportation industry to analyze data to develop solutions that meets our unique needs . We offer competitive compensation with a full complement of benefits.

The Role and Duties

• Oversee volume and profitability goals for spot business, track and examine missed spot opportunities, identify and offer solutions
• Build relationships, assist Operations personnel on effective pricing strategies
• Analyze and evaluate data to identify patterns and develop predictions to maintain competitive pricing
• Support the RFI, RFP and bid process
• Collaborate with RMX management and customers to adjust pricing strategies as needed
• Determine pricing for existing accounts, audit and evaluate spot pricing requests
• Utilize market rate resources and internal data proficiently

Qualifications

• At least 2 years of freight pricing and strategy, brokering freight is a plus
• At least 2 years collecting, analyzing and presenting data
• At least 3 years of relevant transportation experience
• Intermediate working knowledge of Microsoft Excel
