Dentist In State Of The Art Private Office

We are a dentist recruiting company working with a private office, that is seeking a dentist due to growth and their dentist wanting to cut back. They have many established patients already as well as a healthy flow of new patients each month. The office has many wonderful online reviews and is a very well runed office. It is located just 45 minutes from Charlotte and 45 minutes from Greenville.
The office is mostly FFS with some PPOs. They are not a high volume office. They value building great relationships with their patients and doing high quality dentistry. The office has digital x-rays, paperless charting, and all state of the state art equipment. No nights and no weekends are required. They have an experienced and long tenured staff of assistants, hygienists, and front desk as well. They can also offer great mentoring and collaboration.
Ideally they would like a dentist to work 4 days per week but they would consider anywhere form 3 to 5 days per week. General restorative procedures is all that is required but if a dentist has experience placing implants or doing some molar endo, that would be a plus.
They are offering a very competitive daily minimum and % of collections, health insurance, CE stipend and more.

Associate Dentist Requirements
Doctor of dental surgery (DDS) or doctor of medicine in dentistry (DMD).
State license to practice dentistry.
CPR certification.
Proven experience working in a dental practice.
The ability to use various dental instruments and equipment.
The ability to remain calm in stressful situations.
The ability to work in a team.
Good hand-eye coordination.
Excellent communication skills.
