Job Description
One of the most beloved resorts in New England is seeking a strong leader as its next President & General Manager. With a legacy deeply rooted in the community, we are cherished for preserving New England's history, heritage, and elegance.


President And General Manager Responsibilities


  • Be a leader of leaders - give direction and drive results
  • Drive company culture and our commitment to excellence
  • Delivers maximum profitability for the Foundation.
  • Direct and oversee all hotel operations
  • Instill systems and coordinate new restaurant openings


President And General Manager Qualifications


  • Able to attract and develop top talent with a proven approach to succession planning and companywide growth
  • Clear and effective communicator
  • Educated in Hospitality and/or business-related degrees. Industry education is a plus.
  • Builds relationships internally with the board of directors, leadership team, and staff and externally with guests and the greater Woodstock community.
  • Ten-plus years of progressive hospitality leadership experience
