Job Description
As General Manager, you'll oversee the operations of a store in a micro-market with lower customer counts and assets. You'll support the customer experience by effectively utilizing your network of stores and fulfillment assets within the location. You'll create opportunities in the consultation and design (C&D) space as well as other customer connections across the market. In this role, you'll help Best Buy deliver omnichannel experiences through all touchpoints including store, home, and digital.


What You'll Do


  • Applies micro-market insights to meet the needs of the customers and employees
  • Inspire and motivate the team to achieve their career goals and provide excellent customer experiences
  • Drive end-to-end execution of employee experience, customer experience, and financial outcomes within the store
  • Recruit, hire, and retain a diverse workforce where each employee feels valued, safe, and included.
  • Develop marketplace strategies and communicate your vision to direct reports in an actionable and digestible way
Basic Qualifications


  • 3 years of experience as a supervisor or manager in business, military, or other fields
  • 3 years of experience managing and reviewing operational expenses and revenue
Preferred Qualifications


  • Prior experience in retail leadership, consumer electronics, or related fields
  • Prior experience in multi-unit business operations
