Preschool Teacher Jobs

The Barnet School is seeking an early education teacher motivated to create an exciting, educational, and fun learning environment for 3, 4, and 5 year old preschoolers that meets the needs of all learners. The right person will be a team player, willing to collaborate with classroom teachers, interventionists, special educators, parents, administration, and supervisory union early education staff. The candidate will demonstrate an understanding of the Vermont Early Standards, The Creative Curriculum for Preschool, and Teaching Strategies Gold assessment and will demonstrate proficiency in the areas of developmentally appropriate early literacy and math instruction. The applicant will have a desire to be part of a professional learning community and engage in meaningful conversations about educating our youngest learners.
We seek an educator with an interest in outdoor education who will utilize our nature trails and other outdoor learning opportunities. Above all, candidates need to have a passion for education and a love of young children. The salary will be based on years of teaching and education.
