The SHOW comes alive at MGM Resorts International. As a Pool Guest Attendant, you will set the stage for our guest experience with your welcoming smile and service. By understanding their unique stories and needs, you will own their experience to create WOW moments and memories they will carry with them far beyond their stay with us.

• Ensure guest safety by following proper company policies and legal requirements regarding the safety, health, and welfare of guests, employees, and the property
• Work with a diverse team of enthusiastic people in a FUN and fast-paced environment to achieve company goals
• Own the guest experience in any situation by using problem solving skills to WOW the guest
• Set and maintain the stage by ensuring the set-up, breakdown, cleaning, linen distribution, and overall appearance of the pool areas
• Engage with guests by smiling and hearing their stories as you assist guests with pool side needs
• Perform other job-related duties as requested
