Position Overview:

This role provides administrative support to life insurance customers. You will be part of the Post Issue Operations Team, responsible for handling identified death match and unclaimed property, with limited phone interaction. Other responsibilities include:

  • Support all department and strategic initiatives
  • Facilitate resolution timely and to business and compliance requirements
  • Analyze, review and process unclaimed property
  • Identify and document standard operating procedures
  • Posting general accounting entries
  • Assume shared responsibility for all team goals, processes and initiatives
  • Provide direction to claimant on requirements and eligibility
  • Update insurance policies and profiles when changes are identified
  • Process needed letters for identified populations
  • Generate data for productivity and process measurements
  • Assist as needed on team processes and projects

Qualifications & Necessary Skills:

  • Excellent attendance is essential for success

  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office including Word, Excel, Outlook
  • Ensures standards are documented
  • Demonstrates a professional communication style, both written and verbal

  • Exceptional data entry and navigation skills
  • Demonstrates excellent organization and attention to detail

  • Works independently to meet individual productivity and quality goals

  • Understanding of a broad variety of insurance products

Global Atlantic's base salary range is determined through an analysis of similar positions in the external labor market. The annual base salary range provided in this posting for this position is a nationwide market range and represents a broad range of salaries for this role across the country. Base pay is just one component of Global Atlantic's total compensation package for employees and at times we hire outside the boundaries of the salary range. Other rewards may include annual cash bonuses, long-term incentives (equity), generous benefits (including immediate vesting on employee contributions to a 401(k), as well as a company match on your contributions), and sales incentives. Actual compensation for all roles will be based upon geographic location, work experience, education, licensure requirements and/or skill level and will be finalized at the time of offer. Compensation for our more senior positions have a larger component of short-term cash bonus and long-term incentives. The base salary range for this role is $35,113 to $66,882.
