Job Description
OVERVIEW:


The Planning Manager role is to support the North America Commercial function in maintaining budgets, development and execution of the long term financial plans presentation and identifying new opportunities for success.


WHAT YOU'LL BE DOING:


  • Managing and development of a team of individuals
  • Support of the annual budget process by translating the revenue targets down to gender territory
  • Developing and maintaining relationships with relevant stakeholders as well as internal and external teams
  • Spearhead the preseason planning process offering receipt targets that are aligned with company revenue targets by territory gender and category
  • Analysis of current and historical performance to drive strategic initiatives that coincide with long range plan
  • Managing in season commercial calendar by leveraging current performance to react into various trade activations
  • Coordinating and leading the monthly Open-To-Buy process including financial forecasts


Accountable for:


  • Sharing hindsight’s post key trade activations
  • Delivering monthly Open-To-Buy
  • Improving gross margin, discount rate
  • Presenting weekly selling recaps
  • Achieving sales revenue budget, healthy inventory position
  • Delivering quarterly receipt forecasts

This is a hybrid role and would require the successful candidate to attend at least 3 days a week in GSDEN, Denver, Colorado, USA.

This role has a salary range between $108,000-120,000 annually depending on experience.
