Overview:

Qualifications:
Minimum Qualifications:
  • Working knowledge of phlebotomy
  • High school graduate or GED equivalent
Desired Qualifications:
  • ASPT or PT(ASCP) certification
Licensure/Registration/Certification:
  • BLS

Responsibilities:
Performs phlebotomy procedures according to laboratory requirements to provide specimens suitable for testing.
