Job Summary: Is responsible for providing a systematic collection of blood and urine specimens for patients and delivery to the appropriate laboratory section.

Qualifications:

Education: Must have a high school diploma or equivalent.

Experience: Completion of a phlebotomy program or 6 months of fulltime experience in phlebotomy.

Licenses/Certifications: Must maintain current BLS certification.
