Pharmacy Coordinator- Remote Jobs

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Remote Pharmacy Coordinator to join our team. As a Pharmacy Coordinator, you will work closely with our pharmacy benefit management (PBM) team to provide support and coordination for pharmacy benefit programs. The ideal candidate will have experience in a pharmacy setting and be familiar with PBM processes and procedures.

Responsibilities

• Other duties as assigned
• Manage and resolve issues related to pharmacy claims
• Provide support for the pharmacy benefit management team in implementing pharmacy benefit programs
• Serve as a liaison between the PBM team and other internal departments
• Respond to member and provider inquiries related to pharmacy benefits
• Participate in quality assurance and quality improvement initiatives

Requirements

• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• 2+ years of experience in a pharmacy setting, preferably in a PBM environment
• High school diploma or equivalent; Associate or Bachelor's degree in Pharmacy or related field preferred
• Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple priorities
• Must have a dedicated home office and be able to work in a remote setting
• Certified Pharmacy Technician (CPhT) preferred
• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
