Job Description

Aeva Specialty Pharmacy is looking for a business motivated and professional individual to actively seek out and engage physicians and providers in the greater Las Vegas area.


You will provide complete and appropriate solutions for every physician, provider, and customer in order to boost revenue growth and profitability.


***Candidates MUST have previous medical experience with pre-existing doctor and provider relationships desired.***


Role expectations:

  • Analyze the territory/market’s potential, track sales, and track status reports.
  • Lead meetings with prospective business partners.
  • Perform cost-benefit and needs analysis of existing and potential customers to meet their needs, while achieving company goals.
  • Regularly deliver exceptional service to every potential provider or customer, while interacting and delivering accurate information in a sales focused manner.
  • Promote, present, and educate products/services using data driven arguments to existing and prospective customers.
  • Establish, develop, and maintain positive relationships with physicians in order to create new business opportunities.
  • Achieve sales targets and outcomes within schedule.
  • Create reports on how to best address provider/physician needs, problems, interests, competitive activities, and potential for new products/services.
  • Current with all federal and state laws and regulations within the industry.
  • Continuously in-tune of best practices and promotional trends.


Role Requirements + Qualifications:

  • Ability to create and deliver presentations tailored to the audience needs.
  • A professional demeanor with a polished appearance.
  • Must be able to pass a federally regulated background and drug test.
  • Highly motivated and goal-oriented with a strong business mindset.
  • Ability to create and maintain successful business relationships utilizing a positive attitude.
  • Excellent selling, communication, and negotiation skills.
  • Existing physician and provider relationship desired.
  • Ability to work in a team environment.
  • Ability to travel with a valid drivers license and clean driving record.
  • Proven track record of successful sales and business experience.
