Pet Groomer Jobs

Mutts & Co is looking to add to our amazing staff of groomers in an effort to keep up with the demand for our professional services. This is a great opportunity for somebody who wants a stable, well-paying job in a solid working environment. We are W2-based with commission compensation plus gratuity (cash and credit card). We provide great customer service which has resulted in a solid grooming business. You work in a kennel-free environment and in a private grooming space with electric tables and the Bather Box bathing system. All services are done by appointment only and should be rebooked by you at customer pick up.

Your Qualifications:

• Must be able to lift 50 lbs
• You have excellent customer service and communication skills
• At least 2 years of experience grooming in a professional environment
• You must keep your space as well as shared spaces clean and sanitized per the company check list
• Must have hand scissoring skills
• Must be knowledgeable of all breed cuts
• Must attend company sponsored continuing education
• Must complete company sponsored CPR/First Aid certification biannually
• Must be professional, pleasant and take pride in your work
• You must be team oriented
