Analyst/Asset Manager Jobs

Break of Day Capital is a real estate firm specializing in multifamily investments. We are seeking an Analyst/Director of Asset Manager to join our team in Arizona.

The Director of Asset Management will be a skilled communicator who also possesses solid analytical skills, is detail oriented, driven, a self-starter, and is looking for a long-term position to grow with. Understanding the importance of confidentiality and the flexibility to complete special projects, as assigned are also critical success factors for this role.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

●Assist with all facets of acquisition including underwriting, due diligence and project management through closing.

●Work closely with third party property managers, leasing agents, contractors and consultants to provide direction and oversight for the execution of business plans, budgets, renovations, forecasts, leases, and analysis

●Oversee and monitors performance of assets

●Ensures reports for equity partners are prepared timely and accurately

●Reviews closing documents for accuracy

●Performs onsite inspections to monitor construction progress and review improvements for design features

●Troubleshoots all problems involved in construction and property management

●Compiles and analyzes property, capitalization, operational and financial data sets then prepare reports for equity partners

●Implements and oversees renovations plans for all acquisitions

●Perform regular site visits for owned assets and tour potential new acquisitions

●Works with lenders and handles compliance

●Review and analyze property financials and KPI’s, keep informed of market dynamics and key Prepare and present quarterly investor webinars reviewing financials, performance, and KPI's.

●Unquestionable ethics and integrity

Knowledge and Experience:

●3+ years Multifamily Asset Management experience required

●Bachelor’s degree required

●Master’s degree preferred
