We're looking for a People Services and Experience associate to join our team in Denver, CO! Our PS&E team contributes to our overall People Team success to create a 5-star experience when employees need information or support from the People Team. This is a highly collaborative role as you will answer questions across all functional areas (HR, Compensation, Benefits, etc.) as well as work with business partners to ensure our wiki pages and knowledge base stays up-to-date. In this position, you will play a critical role in helping us build scalable processes for serving employees.
Here’s What You’ll Do Day-to-day

• Partner with stakeholders from all People Teams (HR, Benefits, Compensation, Environment, DE&I, Invite, Equity) to assist in answering a broad range of Employee Help Center questions
• Partner with People Services & Experience to:
• You’ll also participate in key projects outside of the People Help Center with the goal of improving compliance, auditing, and overall hygiene of our people data and systems
• Help scale and build process maps as new programs are launched and existing programs refreshed
• Build out support across the People Team and create new ticket categories for improved data gathering
• Build dashboards to better understand employee inquiries to drive team efficiency and adhere to team SLAs

Here’s What We're Looking For

• Ability to problem solve and find scalable solutions
• College degree or relevant work history
• Proven experience with stakeholder management
• 1-2 years work experience with 1 year in HR including, but not limited to, payroll and benefits
• Polished communication, both written and verbal.
• Have experience working in a shared service model
• 1 year experience working with JIRA, Workday and Google Suite
• You have a keen eye for detail. You're always double checking your work.
• Organized, efficient and able to prioritize effectively.

Our cash compensation amount for this role is targeted at $25.49 - $28.37 per hour in Denver, CO. Final offer amounts are determined by multiple factors, including candidate experience and expertise, and may vary from the amount listed above. Health & safety are our highest priorities here at Gusto, and a People Services and Experiences associate can expect to be in-office 2 days/week.
