Position Overview

We are seeking an experienced People Experience Manager to support a positive employee experience for our US associates. This position will be responsible for US organizational policies/compliance, onboarding experience, benefits administration, payroll, and continuous process improvement. The role must have a broad HR knowledge base and a desire to drive with excellence as the company continues its expansion, staying focused on the experience of our US associates. The position is based in Cary, NC.

Key Responsibilities

  • Handle annual review and maintenance of job descriptions, job leveling, and pay bands needed in support of the organization’s compensation and associate development philosophy.
  • Serve as the main point of contact for US associate questions and feedback, actively engaging in responding to inquires sent to [email protected] mailbox.
  • Support leadership in addressing associate concerns with a service-minded approach and conduct employee relations investigations by recording facts and making recommendations.
  • Develop the US associate onboarding experience in partnership with key stakeholders.
  • Support associate engagement events and initiatives in the Cary, NC office.
  • Administer US benefit plans including health, insurance, retirement, wellness, and other offerings and manage the annual Open Enrollment communications and educational sessions.
  • Ensure that organizational policies and processes are in compliance with employment laws.
  • Provide payroll documentation to HRIS/Payroll Manager for approximately 175 US associates.
  • Review existing policies and develop new policies in response to feedback from business unit leaders, people managers and associates, maintaining state and national compliance.
  • Act as a change-agent as the business continues to scale with the goal of providing a positive workplace experience to associates and being an employer of choice within the industry.
  • Maintain electronic US associate records and US immigration files.
  • Collaborate with Director, People Experience, and People Experience Business Partner to align US HR processes to global processes to support growth and enhance associate experience.

Required Education & Experience:

  • Experience and knowledge of HRIS, preferably ADP.
  • Bachelor's degree in a related field.
  • 5-7 years of experience in Human Resources.

Preferred Experience & Skills:

  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills with the ability to effectively build and maintain cross-functional stakeholder relationships.
  • Strong knowledge of HR compliance and understanding of US employment laws.
  • Ability to be a solution-focused problem solver using critical thinking skills.
  • Data-driven mindset to assess organizational metrics and provide insights to drive successful business outcomes.
  • HR Certification (SPHR/SHRM-SCP).
  • Ability to work accurately in a fast-paced environment with changing priorities.
