People & Culture Manager Jobs

The People & Culture Manager for our growing restaurant group will be a culture driver and field trainer, responsible for driving change and leading our restaurant teams. This role is not administrative in nature, but requires a hands-on approach and the ability to work in the field with the teams.

How You Will Contribute:

• Drive cultural initiatives and promote a positive work environment.
• Collaborate with leadership to implement HR policies and procedures.
• Act as a field trainer and provide support to employees.
• Work closely with the team to identify areas for improvement and develop action plans.
