Job Description
The People and Culture team enables Invenco by GVR to continue hiring great people, helping them grow, rewarding them, and building healthy and engaging work experiences. Our People & Culture Generalist will be part of a team that focuses on programs and processes around Talent, ID&E, Data & Analytics, People & Recruiting Operations, and Employee Relations. Along with our leaders, this team focuses on ensuring everyone is empowered to do their best work, be themselves, and feel part of a cohesive, global community
Responsibilities:
  • Model and reinforce our cultural values
  • Handle internal movement and departures working alongside cross functional partners and headcount changes
  • Serve as a point of contact to team members and people leaders to answer questions, and help employees navigate all aspects of employee experience
  • Remain up to date on local employment legislation and compliance
  • Develop enhanced onboarding experiences for new joiners and those moving into new roles
  • Create and run ad-hoc reporting (headcount, terminations, new hires, promotions, KPIs etc.)
  • As needed, administer data changes, and update internal HR documentation
  • Support in the delivery of P&C programs, and processes to employee engagement, performance reviews, compensation planning, promotion process, talent development, and overall talent management
  • Partner with and support People & Culture (P&C) Business Partners and people leaders to drive the team’s talent strategy and organizational change
  • Manage employee relations matters and be responsible for full cycle processes through to resolution and escalate as needed
  • Partner with managers on performance management and coaching conversations
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with teams on developing processes and iterating on existing ones to create greater efficiency, opportunity to lead projects that enable global teams
Qualifications:
  • Ability to prioritize workload, balance multiple tasks at once, and solid attention to detail
  • Proficiency in people and culture tools and systems, PowerBI a plus
  • Experience supporting employee relations and culture building initiatives
  • Strong interpersonal skills, good intuition, and the ability to communicate to all levels of the organization
  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent years of experience
  • 4+ years of diverse HR work experience
  • Demonstrated ability to lead projects that enable talent effectiveness
  • An innovative problem solver who is proactive and addressing issues and improving processes
