Responsibilities:
- Model and reinforce our cultural values
- Handle internal movement and departures working alongside cross functional partners and headcount changes
- Serve as a point of contact to team members and people leaders to answer questions, and help employees navigate all aspects of employee experience
- Remain up to date on local employment legislation and compliance
- Develop enhanced onboarding experiences for new joiners and those moving into new roles
- Create and run ad-hoc reporting (headcount, terminations, new hires, promotions, KPIs etc.)
- As needed, administer data changes, and update internal HR documentation
- Support in the delivery of P&C programs, and processes to employee engagement, performance reviews, compensation planning, promotion process, talent development, and overall talent management
- Partner with and support People & Culture (P&C) Business Partners and people leaders to drive the team’s talent strategy and organizational change
- Manage employee relations matters and be responsible for full cycle processes through to resolution and escalate as needed
- Partner with managers on performance management and coaching conversations
- Collaborate cross-functionally with teams on developing processes and iterating on existing ones to create greater efficiency, opportunity to lead projects that enable global teams
- Ability to prioritize workload, balance multiple tasks at once, and solid attention to detail
- Proficiency in people and culture tools and systems, PowerBI a plus
- Experience supporting employee relations and culture building initiatives
- Strong interpersonal skills, good intuition, and the ability to communicate to all levels of the organization
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent years of experience
- 4+ years of diverse HR work experience
- Demonstrated ability to lead projects that enable talent effectiveness
- An innovative problem solver who is proactive and addressing issues and improving processes
