For this role you will be required to reside in the Cumberland Region of KY as you will be traveling up to 25% of the time to visit with members and providers in the community.
Direct services to members and their families utilizing lived experience in utilizing multisystem behavioral health services.
Provide direct education, empowerment, and advocacy for caregivers of children/youth who are members of the Sky program.
Pay Range
The typical pay range for this role is:
Minimum: 18.50
Maximum: 34.60
This pay range represents the base hourly rate or base annual full-time salary for all positions in the job grade within which this position falls. The actual base salary offer will depend on a variety of factors including experience, education, geography and other relevant factors. This position is eligible for a CVS Health bonus, commission or short-term incentive program in addition to the base pay range listed above.

Required Qualifications
Must reside in Cumberland Region of KY
Virtual AND in person peer support interventions (foster care, biologicals parents, etc.)
Subject matter expert to ensure they have family peer voice choice inside sky program
Participate with meetings with clients
Daily documentation (1hr/day)
Using LIVED experience as a caregiver utilizing paid behavioral health supports to empower others
Eligible to be certified family peer support in KY
1 child service that's paid for and willing to share that experience to empower others (for example: department based community service, adoptive or foster parents, care management service) as a family
Needs to be organized
Professional boundaries
Exceptional communication and de-escalations
Critical thinking
Leadership quality
Preferred Qualifications
Experience working with foster, adoptive, or former foster persons/families
Experience working with child serving agencies in the area of behavioral health
Education
HS Diploma, GED, or equivalent experience
