Payroll Clerk Jobs

Mission: A successful payroll/hr person will provide the best possible customer experience by making sure that all employees are entered in our system and have the necessary paperwork to be in compliance with laws and policies and will make sure their payroll is processed at the appropriate time.
This position is for an Experienced Payroll Clerk.

Responsibilities:

• Be a team player. Assist teammates without expecting something in return, assist other departments in the accomplishment of their mission; create a fun and inviting environment for customers.
• Manage employee benefits including health insurance and 401k information
• Ensure that payroll is completed on time and in accordance with our established practices.
• Serve as HR person for the store
• Process new hires
• Have confidence. Address any issues regarding invoices that need to be paid with the appropriate people.

Qualifications:

• Must be able to pass preemployment background check and drug screen
• Previous Payroll experience required
