Patient Service Representatives (PSR)

Springville, NY

Full Time. 8:00AM - 5:00PM Monday-Friday.

As key member of our Outpatient Services team our PSR will:

• Manage patient referrals, perform medical coding, and process insurance claims
• Perform as communicate daily with patients and medical staff
• You'll perform administrative Office functions for Primary Care, Heart Center and Surgical Center as needed
• As first point of contact for patients you'll meet and greet patients, register patients, collect co-pay, and schedule appointments.

Our PSR Requires:

• AAS Medical Office Assistant preferred
• Previous reception experience is required, preferably in medical office
• Medical terminology experience preferred
• COVID19 Vaccination is required
• HS diploma or GED

Compensation is based on years experience. $14.20 per hour with up to One(1) year of experience.
