Shift:

Part time, Casual (16 hours)

Day Shift; 8:00am - 4:30pm, Will work 2 days per week (every Wednesday required, other day we might ask you work will be Monday or Friday)

Non-Exempt, Pay Grade NG

Position Summary:

The Administrative Assistant provides administrative support by preparing correspondence, scheduling meetings, constructing minutes, and maintaining director's calendar and assigned managers. Schedules patient appointments using Epic. Maintains records, and files in an efficient manner. Looks for innovative ways to improve work procedures and methods that primarily result in time and cost savings. Work requires collaboration with both internal and external contacts in order to complete job duties, resolve problems, and improve efficiency. Communication with external contacts is required to provide or gather information, handle routine transactions and provide information.

Education:

High school diploma or general education diploma (GED) required.

Required Work Experience:

Minimum of three (3) years experience required

Experience to include exposure to a busy office setting. OB office experience preferred

Knowledge, Skills and Abilities:

Demonstrated ability to proof documents, perform routine mathematical computations, and design presentations, fliers, and newsletters.

Excellent oral and written communication skills, as well as strong interpersonal, organizational and time management skills. Ability to multitask is a must.

Proficiency in Microsoft Word and Excel (intermediate level) required.

Proficiency with PowerPoint and Microsoft Publisher preferred.

Keyboarding assessment will be administered.
