This individual is responsible for collaborating in the creation and delivery of system-wide patient experience programs and tools and monitoring intervention success. The Patient Experience Coach will develop and use metrics and evidence-based decision- making to determine interventions and monitor performance. The Patient Experience Coach will communicate performance improvement opportunities, suggestions and tactics. **JOB QUALIFICATIONS** **EDUCATION** _For positions requiring education beyond a high school diploma or equivalent, educational qualifications must be from an institution whose accreditation is recognized by the Council for Higher Education and Accreditation._ **Minimum Required:**
Bachelor's degree in communications, healthcare, or business with an emphasis in interpersonal communications. **Preferred/Optional:**
Master's degree in related field. **EXPERIENCE** **Minimum Required:**
Five years' of related experience, with three years' leadership ability. Demonstrated proficiency with PC literate, spreadsheets, database software, presentation programs, word processing, and internet research. Strong written and verbal communication skills. **Preferred/Optional:**
Experience with curriculum development, project management, and experiential learning. Experience in coaching, mentoring and developing others. Experience educating in the medical field or related field. **CERTIFICATIONS/LICENSES** _The following licensure(s), certification(s), registration(s), etc., are required for this position. Licenses with restrictions are subject to review to determine if restrictions are substantially related to the position._ **Minimum Required:**
Valid State of Wisconsin driver's license with acceptable driving record.
