Job Description
CarepathRx transforms hospital pharmacy from a cost center into an active revenue generator through a powerful combination of technology, market-leading pharmacy services and wrap-around services.
Job Details:
Responsibilities
  • Customer service calls to ensure accuracy and address patient satisfaction
  • Review account billing for accuracy and communicate changes accordingly with patients
  • Coordinate patient profiles with appropriate pharmacy support and services
  • Patient outreach to collect payments and coordinate payment plans

Requirements
  • Certified with the Pharmacy Technician Certification Board and registered with the Ohio Board of Pharmacy, preferred
  • If no prior pharmacy experience, must be committed to registering with the Ohio Board of Pharmacy and obtaining a pharmacy certification within one year of employment
  • Must be 18+ years of age. High school diploma /GED required
  • Prior pharmacy technician experience specifically with medication billing, preferred
  • Ability to work a full-time, Monday - Friday schedule of 9:00AM until 5:30 PM
