Job Description

Part-Time Food Shopping and Prep for Private Couple (UES).


Successful Upper East Side couple seeks assistant for high-end grocery shopping and food preparation. Each Monday, assistant will be provided a shopping and preparation list. The assistant will then purchase specific foodstuffs from local vendors and bring to principal's apartment. Assistant will then perform general prep, storage, organization, and even mise en place to be left for the principal to use in recipes through the remainder of the week.


Position requires consistent adherence to principal-provided lists and preparation preferences, reliability, accuracy, general food/beverage knowledge and interest, knife skills and general kitchen knowledge, and the ability to quickly learn the dining style of the principal.


Work schedule: 4-5 hours every Monday

Pay: $50/hour

Must be fully COVID vaccinated
