• The work we do prepares income statements, balance sheets, and cash flow statement for a portfolio of properties. Every month, we close the books, there's nothing like an income statement with minimal accruals. :)

• As a third-party provider, when our clients prepare their taxes or have required / voluntary audits -- they use vendors. We work closely with the vendors to help them through their work, but the heavy-lifting for tax/audit is done by third parties.

We are looking primarily to hire early-career Accountants.

An Associate Degree or equitable experience in Accounting or Finance is required.

Experience with Property Management software (Entrata, Yardi, Appfolio, etc.) would be given preference.

WORK ENVIRONMENT / HOURS

• Location: Work in downtown Madison, WI directly across from James Madison park and Lake Mendota.
• FLSA Classification: Part-Time, Non-Exempt
• Hours: General hours are Monday - Friday 10:00 a.m. - 3:30 p.m. Workload may require additional hours outside this time-especially during month-end or tax season.
