Responsibilities

• Answer phones to provide price quotes and other information
• Checks with Manager before leaving to coordinate any last minute pick-ups or deliveries.
• Locates out of stock parts from outside sources and procures them in a timely manner
• Pulls and fills orders from stock
• Picks up and delivers parts and equipment to customers, satellite stores, wholesale accounts, and vendors.
• Maintain organized bins and displays
• Checks payments received with the invoices for each delivery.
• Assist in stocking orders when they arrive to expedite delivery to shop technicians and wholesale accounts
• Keeps an accurate log of daily deliveries and pick-ups. Requests recipient's signature on each delivery entry.
• Follow all company safety policies and procedures and immediately report any and all accidents to a Manager
• Notifies service advisors and customers when back ordered or special order parts have arrived
• Assist retail and internal customers in selecting required parts in a friendly, professional manner
• Ensure all parts are billed out properly
• Verifies that invoice matches purchase order for each pick-up.

Qualifications

• Must have valid driver's license and be able to pass pre-employment screening process
• Must be organized with the ability to multi-task
• Must be able to lift 30 lbs
• Must be an effective communicator with an attention to detail and follow-up
