The ideal candidate for this role will not only be data-driven, but an experimentation-oriented approach to campaign management. The ideal candidate will have worked with tech (SaaS or IT Services) companies before, and are aware of the latest content, channel, and experimentation best practices.


This person is a marketing generalist with a specialization in partner/field marketing and understands clients management. They will be expected to wear the hat of a project manager if needed.


Key Responsibilities:

● Establish and co-create partner marketing networks and channels with the sole purpose of generation high-intent marketing qualified leads

● Identify and onboard new partners, and build strong relationships with existing partners to drive revenue growth

● Organize and host successful virtual and field marketing events to generate leads and increase brand awareness with Zemoso’s in-network and out-of-network influencers

● Collaborate with our internal marketing team to create compelling marketing materials for our partners and events

● Manage project timelines, budgets, and deliverables for marketing campaigns and initiatives [internal and client facing]

● Analyze campaign performance and report on results to internal stakeholders

● Work closely with our campaign manager to ensure successful execution of marketing campaigns and initiatives

● Manage a team of marketing professionals and provide coaching and guidance as needed


Requirements:


● Bachelor's degree in marketing, business, events, or related field

● 2+ years of experience in partner/channel marketing, field marketing, project management events management, preferably in a B2B software development company

● Strong project management and people management skills

● Ability to work collaboratively across teams and departments

● Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

● Strong analytical skills and ability to use data to drive decisions

● Knowledge of digital marketing channels and tactics, including SEO, PPC, social media, email marketing, and content marketing

● Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and prioritize workload effectively
