At Be Free Organizing & Move Management our mission is to bring peace to our client’s lives. From downsizing and relocation assistance to real estate decluttering and staging, we do it all! We’re a fun group of hard-working, compassionate professionals dedicated to reducing stress and empowering our clients during the most important transitions of their lives. Often working with the aging population.
We’re looking for a high-energy, thoughtful, dedicated team member to start as a Lead Organizer, for Home Organization and Move Management projects. We work in client's homes throughout Boulder County and Greater Denver Metro to coordinate local and long-distance moves, help with downsizing into assisted living, and general home organization.
You will receive paid, continuous, on-the-job training in The Be Free Method. We're looking for someone with at least 1 year organizing experience to become a core part of our small business family, so it's important you have high emotional intelligence and integrity, good leadership skills, strong business acumen, and a compassionate, professional demeanor.
Hours: 0-28 hours per week. Note: Hours may vary week to week
Pay range: $22-$24/hr to start, depending on experience.
- This is not an office job. You must enjoy traveling locally and being active while you work!
Must Have:
- Must be available to work the evening shifts
- Excellent leadership skills
- Must be available weekends
- High level of professionalism and etiquette
- Must have experience in moving/packing
- At least 1 year of experience in professional organizing
- Must pass background check
- Must have Interpersonal skills
- Have a desire to learn the organizing side of Be Free and potentially become a lead for our company
- The ability to motivate and inspire team members
- A passion for organizing and improving the functionality of spaces
- Must flexible with our schedule
- Excellent time management skills
- Dependable transportation
- Basic installation skills (assembling furniture, installing shelves, hanging bikes, etc.)
- Must be able to lift, carry, and load items weighing up to 75 pounds
Preferred but not required:
- Bonus: Experience with special needs that may impact the organization of a space (Depression, disability, trauma, memory issues, children’s needs, etc.)
- Bonus: Interest in Community Outreach (Aging and Real Estate)
- Bonus: Tech savvy / interested in digital organizing
