Event Crew - Part Time

As an Event Crew member you will participate in event warehouse event prep/recovery, installs/strikes, work as part of a team, and help to execute the visions of our clients the day of their events. Our rentals will be sent out with you many times throughout the year; the care they receive is important to ensure they remain in top condition. This position is highly physical; be prepared to be on your feet, lifting, climbing ladders, talking with multiple teams, and providing high-level service every step of the way.

Your Responsibilities:

• Drive Box Trucks to/from Event Venue as needed
• Effectively and efficiently participate in the successful install and/or strike of an event to ensure completeness and aesthetic excellence
• Safely Load/Unload trucks for Install/Strike to protect others and ensure inventory remains in the best condition
• Interface with clients, designers, partner vendors, teammates, and event participants with excitement and positivity
• Communicate condition/breakages to Event Producer and onsite team
• Participate in “campfires” for event crew to review event, layout, and task assignment for an efficient and well-executed show
• Ensure event site is clean and free of debris during/after install and strike
• Thoughtfully set events with “white glove service” so our products look their best and the vision of the planner is met

Job Requirements:

• Availability to work some late nights and/or weekends and travel throughout Colorado
• Reliable transportation to/from our warehouse and/or event sites
• Experience in the event industry preferred
• Must be able to lift 50-75 lbs consistently
• Willing to jump in and help where needed
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and general computer use knowledge
• Ability to interact with clients with grace and positivity
• Active Driver’s License in good standing and capable of driving a medium to large box truck

Pay starting at $20/hr and higher based on experience and skillsets.
