JOB DESCRIPTION AND POSITION REQUIREMENTS:

The Global Virtual Forum housed in African Studies is seeking to hire a part-time employee who would begin employment as soon as possible. The job will end in Spring 2024 .

Job Duties

• The main academic responsibility of the successful candidate will be to lead the compilation and production of one of the Forum’s series on Indigeneity, which will involve engaging with our publishers.

Requirements and Qualifications

• We are looking for someone with substantial experience in working collaboratively with a diverse group with scholars from across the globe.
• The position requires someone with exemplary interpersonal skills; who is multilingual, with the ability to write in more than one language; and can transcribe and edit sessions from the Global Virtual Forum.
