As a Part time Receptionist here at Romeoville Toyota on a typical day, you will be greeting visitors and delivering exceptional customer service, answering calls and fielding them accordingly, addressing visitor questions and needs, and providing an overall welcoming environment. This oftentimes includes performing ad hoc administrative duties as needed.
Responsibilities

• Answer phones
• Assist in scheduling and confirming sales appointments
• Direct customers to the correct department, notify the appropriate person that a customer is waiting, and introduce the customer to the salesperson
• Communicate with callers and visitors in a professional, friendly, and efficient manner
• Greet and receive prospects and customers
• Work cooperatively with the sales team
• Type memos, correspondence, reports, and other documents

Qualifications

• Professional presentation
• Excellent communication skills
• Outgoing and positive demeanor
