Part Time Career Consultant

RSI and our sister company Pathfinder Information is looking for Part time Career Consultant.

Monday thru Friday 9am PST-2pm PST.

The ideal candidate will be responsible for:

• Provide career advice and coaching for clients with the ultimate goal of shortening the job search
• Detailed reporting on Daily, Weekly goals, monthly goals and yearly goals.
• Creates, optimizes/critiques new & existing resumes according to RSI/PFI's best resume practices and delivers them back to clients in a timely manner.
• Maintains a goal of a minimum of two Interviews per Outplacement Client a month.
• Provide in depth training on LinkedIn creation/optimization
• Responsible for finding daily, weekly and monthly job opportunities for clients via heavy data research online
• Generates Outplacement leads on every call with hiring authorities and/or calls on companies to advise about current candidates.
• Maintains the highest levels of customer service, providing friendly, supportive, efficient and consistent support throughout the Transition program
• Responsible for expertly coaching clients on their job search strategy and providing them services including interview preparation, offer evaluation and salary negotiation coaching, information on networking best practices and other support as requested.
• Responsible for reaching out to Hiring Managers, Decision makers, Recruiters with client’s background via phone calls, emails, LinkedIn.
• Supporting via telephone and email the RSI/PFI Executive Clients through their career transition program.

Required Skills:

Qualifications:

• Proficient in Microsoft word and Excel
• Goal orientated with excellent problem solving skills
• Understands and perform office practice skills
• Competitive work ethic that will translate to hitting assigned goals
• High school Diploma or equivalent, prefer a Bachelors Degree
• Computer keyboarding skills, effective communication skills, friendly and outgoing personality, organization skills and ability to respond to requests effectively and efficiently.
