In this role you will produce high quality products and services for our customers. You will paint and inspect product to ensure the highest quality product is provided to our customers. You will be accountable for your work area to ensure the safe and efficient operation of the area. You will set up and monitor the production of product in your area and participate in the continuous improvement process at the site to address safety, production and quality improvements.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Maintain work area for operation and cleanliness.
  • Analyze data and production reports.
  • Set up and change over equipment.
  • Participate in continuous improvement activities.
  • Support the Honeywell Operating System.
  • Wet paint equipment
  • Record and report production data.
  • Operate assigned equipment.
  • Comply with all safety rules.

MUST HAVE:

  • 1+ year experience operating, cleaning and maintaining two-part paint equipment.
  • High school graduate or equivalent
  • 1+ year experience with paint defect repair including sanding, stripping, masking and brush touch-up.
  • Must be able to wear respiratory protection equipment (i.e., PFT, FIT Test, clean shaven).
  • 1+ year of industrial painting experience

  • Working knowledge of industrial spray equipment.
