Driver Recruitment

Middle Bay Transportation is actively recruiting experienced owner/operators in several markets throughout the southeast, including:

  • Baltimore
  • West Memphis
  • Atlanta
  • Mobile
  • Charleston
  • Norfolk
  • Savannah
  • Memphis

Working with Middle Bay Transportation

Driver Requirements

  • Minimum of two years verifiable experience
  • MVR and PSP reports free of serious violations
  • Applicants must own their own truck
  • Must adhere to all DOT rules and regulations, including hours of service
  • Truck must be able to pass a DOT annual inspection
  • Class A CDL

Driver Disqualifications

  • DUI/DWI within the previous 15 years
  • Any at fault accident within the previous 4 years
  • Rollover/overturn/jackknife accident
  • Reckless or Careless driving within the previous 4 years
  • 2 or more moving violations within the last 4 years
